Each itinerary is priced on a per person per night basis, treating all day trips as one-night trips. For durations longer than one day, the number of nights equals the number of days minus one.

The total cost of your trip is calculated by multiplying the price per person per night by the total number of nights and adults (considering their nationality). If you have children, their cost is discounted.

Should we be able to accommodate your desired itinerary, expect a personalized itinerary proposal along with the total amount due. You'll consult with Kaone to address any specific requests or preferences you may have and receive confirmation along with any necessary documentation for your trip. Feel free to request up to 3 - 5 revisions to ensure your itinerary aligns perfectly with your expectations.

Once you're content with the finalized itinerary, we'll request you to secure your reservation by transferring 25% of the total trip cost within 14 days. The remaining balance will be due 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival. For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full prepayment is required at the time of confirming the reservation.
